The teachers in Year Three collaborate together to ensure that planning, teaching and assessing is cohesive across all classes and learning areas. We endeavour to challenge each student by encouraging them to reach their true potential by accommodating the needs of individual students. We promote a positive, safe and supportive learning environment where students experience a variety of teaching styles and strategies. As students are developing responsibilities we expect them to take even greater control of their own learning and personal organisational skills as they move into the upper years of primary school.

Building Fun
As part of our HASS learning, we collected materials we could recycle into buildings. We designed our buildings, selected our materials then constructed our Eco homes. Then came the decorating! As you can see, it was messy fun.
Kalamunda History Village
We were very excited to have our visit to the Kalamunda History Village. It was a great time exploring the way of life from the olden days. We even got to wash clothes, sort fruit and visit an old style sweet shop. We were still full of fun come group photo time!
Outhouse Style
At the Kalamunda History Village we even visited a colonial times toilet. We are very glad things are different these days.
